Job Description:

As a CNC Miller at NTS Eindhoven, you work in a modern and automated production environment on high-quality components for the semiconductor and analytical industry. You will be part of a close-knit team of about 35 specialists in precision machining. Within this team, you are fully responsible for your 5-axis milling machine and production cell. You will work with high-end machines (e.g. Hermle and DMG Mori) that run 24/7 with robot loading. Thanks to your expertise, accuracy, and foresight, you ensure that your machine runs for maximum hours and achieves optimal efficiency. You plan ahead, make adjustments where necessary, and take ownership of quality, output, and process improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Independently setting up, operating, and optimizing 5-axis CNC milling machines
  • Responsible for your own production cell including robot loading and 24/7 output
  • Performing tool changes, offsets, and process corrections for maximum accuracy
  • Checking and measuring products for tolerances down to the micron level
  • Identifying deviations and actively contributing to process optimization and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Completed secondary vocational education (mbo) in Machining or Metal Technology
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Miller with demonstrable experience in 5-axis milling
  • Experience in a high-tech production environment with high accuracy requirements
  • You can read technical drawings and independently measure with common measuring tools
  • You are proactive, quality-conscious, and take ownership of your machine and production process
  • You speak at least Dutch fluently, as our drawings, work instructions, and communication language are in Dutch.
