At the intersection of raw material and pure precision, we create the components that keep industries moving. We aren’t just running machines; we are engineering accuracy and shaping the future of manufacturing. If you are a skilled operator ready to take ownership of your craft from day one, your next breakthrough starts here.
Job Responsibility
Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes independently to meet and exceed daily production targets
Diagnose machine irregularities and fine-tune CNC programs on the fly to maintain a seamless operational flow
Interpret complex blueprints and utilize precision instruments like micrometers and calipers to ensure every part meets exact tolerances
Maintain a pristine, hazard-free workspace and collaborate with the team to elevate our manufacturing processes
Safety & Compliance: Prioritize workplace safety by strictly adhering to company QHSE policies and maintaining an organized workstation
Technical Planning: Blueprint read and interpret engineering plans, work orders, and GD&T to map out machining processes
CNC Programming & Setup: Program and configure mills and lathes. Set zero/reference points, calculate offsets, and install essential tooling, chucks (3-jaw/4-jaw), and fixtures
Mathematical Precision: Apply geometry and trigonometry to calculate exact machining paths and requirements
Operation & Material Handling: Safely load raw materials using overhead cranes or manual lifting, monitor machine cycles, and troubleshoot any runtime malfunctions
Quality Control: Inspect first-run and sample parts to verify tolerances, deburr finished components, and accurately document daily production and quality logs
Maintenance & Growth: Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and actively participate in continuous improvement projects
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a Machinist, including 2–3 years specifically focused on CNC mill and/or lathe setup
Proficient with Fanuc operational systems and Okuma G-Code
strong, practical knowledge of machine tooling
Proven ability to interpret blueprints, work orders, sketches, and verbal directions with precision
