English fluency in both reading and writing

Job Responsibility

Performs preventative and reactive maintenance on lab equipment and building systems, including complex electronic and mechanical equipment
Maintains all maintenance-related software programs such as PM logs and material acquisition records
Communicates with Help Desks and Production teams to diagnose equipment issues and optimize departmental coordination
Fabricates systems and machines to improve production efficiency and quality
Trains new Maintenance and Production associates and ensures adherence to all safety rules and protocols

Job Responsibility

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, facility systems, and industrial machinery
Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs
Diagnose equipment issues involving CNC machinery, PLCs, VFDs, control systems, and automated production equipment
Support preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities
Work with electrical systems, including low-voltage controls, single-phase, and three-phase AC/DC systems up to 480 volts
Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
Use hand tools, power tools, meters, gauges, diagnostic equipment, and precision measuring tools
Repair or fabricate parts using equipment such as grinders, drill presses, lathes, milling machines, welding equipment, and cutting tools
Complete work orders, document repairs, track parts used, and update maintenance records through a CMMS or similar system
Assist with facility maintenance, including lighting, compressed air systems, plumbing, power distribution, basic structural repairs, and general upkeep
