Job Responsibility

  • Performing both planned and unplanned maintenance and repairs on specialized production lines and industrial machines
  • Troubleshooting, replacing, and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic components such as valves, cylinders, and pumps
  • Executing critical mechanical replacements, including bearings, ball screws, and spindles
  • Maintaining process installations, including the replacement of chemical pumps and the repair of piping systems
  • Utilizing welding techniques (CO and AVI) for on-site repairs or the construction of metal structures
  • Accurate documentation of all maintenance and repair activities to ensure technical traceability
  • Collaborating closely with other technicians to guarantee an efficient and safe production process

Requirements

  • You have a technical education as a mechanical technician or a similar level through experience
  • Approximately 10 years of experience in a similar technical role within a modern production environment
  • Specialized knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery
  • Expert troubleshooting skills in complex mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Possession of specific certificates, such as those from Bosch Rexroth for hydraulics or SMC for pneumatics, is a significant advantage
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation and plans
  • Good communication skills in English to ensure clear coordination within the team
  • A solution-oriented mindset with high standards for precision, order, and safety.

Nice to have

Possession of specific certificates, such as those from Bosch Rexroth for hydraulics or SMC for pneumatics, is a significant advantage

  • Repair or fabricate parts using equipment such as grinders, drill presses, lathes, milling machines, welding equipment, and cutting tools
