Job Responsibility
Equipment Optimization: Spearhead the setup, operation, and fine-tuning of our latest CNC investments
Manual Mentorship: Work alongside veteran machinists to master traditional boring and heavy threading
Versatile Workload: Seamlessly transition between automated production runs and one-off custom repairs
Material Expertise: Expertly manage feeds, speeds, and tooling for stainless steel, carbon, and alloys
Quality Assurance: Rigorously inspect your own work to guarantee flawless precision and shop safety
Requirements
Proven Track Record: Extensive background performing independent setups in a custom or production shop
Drive for Excellence: Highly motivated to transcend basic operating and command the entire machining process
Certification Status: We are actively welcoming ticketed Journeypersons or advanced-level Apprentices
Dependability: Requires consistent personal transportation and strict adherence to the shift rotation
Collaborative Spirit: Brings strong communication skills and a proactive mindset to a winning team
