Job Responsibility

  • Production Execution: Operate Haas CNC Lathes (and occasionally Haas Mills) to run established production jobs
  • Quality Monitoring: Maintain part tolerances of +/-0.005” and perform regular checks to ensure accuracy
  • Machine Care: Perform basic machine tending, including loading/unloading parts and monitoring tool wear
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workstation
  • Documentation: Accurately record production data and quality logs as required
  • Growth Potential: Depending on performance and skill, you may be trained to run jobs with tighter tolerances and higher complexity

Requirements

  • Must be able to start immediately
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience operating CNC machinery (Haas experience is a significant plus)
  • Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • the ability to read G-code is highly preferred
  • Precision: Comfortable using basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) to verify parts
  • Character Traits: A strong willingness to listen, learn, and follow specific technical instructions
  • A "team-player" attitude with a focus on reliability and punctuality
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

Nice to have

  • Haas experience is a significant plus
  • Ability to read G-code is highly preferred
