Job Description:

We are currently seeking a CNC Machinist in the West Island (Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue) for a premier manufacturing company established since 1980. Join a stable production team in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Setup and Operation: As part of an autonomous team, the Setup Operator is responsible for performing setups and operating Mazak milling machines, following established procedures and/or work instructions
  • Programming: Proficiency in Mazatrol programming (conversational) is required to ensure efficient machine operation
  • Quality Control: Perform rigorous quality control inspections on parts to ensure they meet technical specifications and tolerances
  • Safety and Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment while strictly adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a secure workspace

Requirements:

  • Hold a Vocational Studies Diploma (D.E.P.) in Machining Technics
  • 2-3 years of experience in the manufacturing of machined parts
  • Autonomy, consistency, and a strong sense of work organization
  • Ability to work in a team and strong analytical skills
