Job Description:

Calling all experienced CNC machinists in the Burlington area! Do you want to work 4 days a week, every week? Our client in the Halton region is looking for their next team member to join a dynamic group. If you have experience programming CNC mills and turning mills- I encourage you to apply!

Job Responsibility:

Set up and operating CNC machinery in the plant
Use materials, work orders and parameters to plan for future machining in the facility
Machining various parts using controllers (Okuma, Fanuc, Heidenhain)
Creating 2D programs using mastercam/cam works
Maintaining all safety and quality standards

Requirements:

8+ years as a machinist
Hands on experience programming, setting up and operating CNC machinery
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WRITE YOUR OWN CNC PROGRAM
Programming on Okuma, Fanuc or Heidenhain controllers a major asset
