The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machines, interpret technical drawings, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate for this job will possess a collaborative spirit and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Job Responsibility

  • Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers) to produce precision parts
  • Experience operating a Haas VF 1 or VF 2
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • technical training or certification is a plus
  • 1–3 years of experience operating CNC machinery
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
  • Familiarity with CNC programming is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
