Job Responsibility

Safely add raw materials (bags, drums, and totes) into reactors for the manufacturing of finished products
Collect samples of all finished products and deliver them to the designated lab or staging areas for testing
Provide timely updates to supervisors regarding equipment performance or any production issues
Prepare packaging materials for current and upcoming shifts, ensuring all labels are accurate and correctly applied
Ensure all finished goods are properly cleaned and stored in a consistent, safe manner
Communicate with the Shipping & Receiving team to ensure products are placed in the correct, clean storage locations
Identify, mark, and correctly dispose of any damaged products according to company standards
Act as a leader in all Safe Work Practices, strictly adhering to workplace policies and participating in weekly "Toolbox Talks"
Actively participate in training, cross-training, and site-wide initiatives focused on health, safety, and quality (HSQ)
