Cnc Machining Operator

• Perform routine equipment operation and another machine related assigned task
• Hand over with previous and after shift team members related with the task
• Produce good parts (refer to the process plan)
• Fill the document during operating the machine
• Understand and/or able to operate production machine
• Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized
• Work direction may additionally be communicated verbally through visual aids and set-up sheets
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor
• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Fresh graduate of High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• 6 months to 1 year experience
• Or a combination of education, experience and/or training
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all required job relate
• Knowledge CNC machine operations (Milling vertical, Milling horizontal)
• Knowledge about deburring work
• Knowledge about measuring tools and GD&T
• Knowledge about reading engineering-drawing/blueprint is preferred
• Knowledge about FOD
• Knowledge about in-process inspection
