Job Responsibility

Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs on CNC machine tools and industrial electrical systems
Identify and address safety risks and conduct independent equipment evaluations to prevent failures
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including lockout/tag-out procedures and proper PPE usage
Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics to resolve equipment issues effectively
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, process, and product-related issues
Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and document all work performed
Provide clear feedback to customers on work orders while maintaining compliance with codes and industry standards
Suggest improvements to maintenance methods and identify opportunities to enhance equipment performance
Operate diagnostic tools, hand tools, computers, and test hardware to complete maintenance tasks
Exhibit flexibility to manage daily priorities and adjust work schedules as needed

Job Responsibility
