Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Operate multiple CNC machines to produce high-quality finished products from our own semi-finished goods
Install tools, set up machines, and adjust parameters according to technical plans
Ensure efficient and smooth production processes
Monitor and maintain product quality by measuring parts, recording data, and adjusting parameters when necessary
Collaborate with a team to ensure production goals are met and quality standards are upheld

Requirements:

An A2 diploma in mechanical design techniques or equivalent experience
Solid technical knowledge, with the ability to read technical plans, take measurements, and operate machines
Several years of experience as a CNC machine operator
A strong commitment to safety and quality standards
Ability to work independently and flexibly across multiple machines
Meticulous attention to detail and precision
Willingness to work in a two-shift system
