Job Responsibility

Set up and operate CNC turning and milling machines to produce precision machined components
Manufacture parts to engineering drawings and tight tolerances
Perform tool changes, adjust offsets and set programs where required
Carry out in-process and finished part inspection using precision measuring tools (e.g. micrometers, verniers, gauges)
Ensure quality standards are met on every job and report any non-conformances
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the machine area
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to production targets

Job Responsibility
