Job Description:

The primary function of this position is to aid residents that have limited mobility by helping them walk or transporting in wheelchairs to/from their dental appointment. The resident assistant will also assist the clinical team with Patient Census Reports, obtaining face sheets and other assigned administrative type duties.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years previous experience as a a caregiver, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medical Assistant (MA) or similar roles within a nursing home setting is a plus
  • Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
  • Candidate must have the ability to push/pull more or less than 200lbs in a wheelchair

Nice to have:

1-3 years previous experience as a a caregiver, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medical Assistant (MA) or similar roles within a nursing home setting is a plus
