Job Description

We are seeking a motivated CNA or LPN to serve as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple skilled nursing facilities in the Omaha/Council Bluffs region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in different environments, learning quickly, and supporting both clinical and administrative needs.

Job Responsibility

  • Travel to assigned facilities to assist with administrative and compliance-related tasks
  • Support facility teams during state surveys, including gathering documentation and assisting with survey readiness
  • Help prepare and support Plans of Correction (POCs)
  • Conduct or assist with resident interviews as needed
  • Complete data entry, documentation, and follow-up tasks to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with leadership and nursing staff to support facility needs
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all administrative work

Requirements

  • Active CNA or LPN license (in NE or IA
  • multistate preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to travel between facilities regularly
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, documentation platforms)
