Participate in resident care assessments and restorative nursing programs. Maintain current certification by attending & participating in training and educational classes. Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion Required Education: · High school or equivalent · Required license or certification: · Current Certification in the state of Iowa Our CNA’s have a professionally enthusiastic attitude, strong communication skills, are self-motivated, and take initiative in their daily work.
