Job Description:

Full time Days 6a-6p, $4000 Sign on Bonus. Our Certified Nursing Assistants are part of an incredible team that helps to ensure that each of our residents is given the best quality of care and wonderful stay that they expect and deserve. Job Responsibility:

  • Provide direct care according to the individualized resident treatment plan
  • Participate in resident care assessments and restorative nursing programs
  • Maintain current certification by attending & participating in training and educational classes
  • Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion

Requirements:

  • Current Certification in the state of Iowa
  • High school or equivalent

  • Washing / bathing / showering / shaving / grooming / cleaning teeth
  • Hair Care (mating /brushing)

  • Care of pressure sores (under appropriate nursing supervision)
  • Getting in and out of bed
  • Assisting with the use of Aids to Daily Living / Rehabilitation Aids, as required
