About the Role: As a CNA Certified Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include: Providing direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including but not limited to: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assisting with transfers, ambulation, and exercise Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff Administering medications and treatments as directed Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and their families What We Offer: $3750 Sign On Bonus!
