Premier Washington Health Center, a leading rehabilitation and nursing facility located in Washington, Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our weekend program. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents, while working under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Monitor and report patient condition to the nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
  • Assist with vital sign checks, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety and satisfaction
