Job Description:

We are offering up to a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Check-in with the outgoing CNA at the beginning of your shift to get a report on your patients
  • Conduct hourly rounds on patients, checking vitals, maintaining whiteboard information, and assisting with care as needed
  • Assist patients with ambulation as necessary
  • Assist patients with hygiene needs
  • Help the bedside nurse with tube insertions such as an NG tube, rectal tube, or catheter
  • Help the bedside nurse with any wound checks or dressing changes
  • Change bed linens, check patients’ weight, and other tasks as assigned each day

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Successful Completion of the 75-hour state-approved Nursing Assistant course
  • Active Nurse Aide (CNA) license in good standing in Nebraska
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association
