Job Responsibility

Receive patient reports from outgoing CNA
conduct hourly rounds, checking vitals, maintaining whiteboard info, and assisting with care
Assist with patient ambulation and safely transport discharged patients to vehicles
Assist patients with hygiene needs
Assist bedside nurses with procedures and wound care/dressing changes
Change bed linens, check patient weights, perform other assigned tasks, and document all care in the patient's record
Contribute to health status assessment
Contribute to the care plan via observation, data collection, and communication
Provide basic patient care as delegated
Contribute to evaluation through observation of responses and communication of findings
