Job Description:

As a CMMS deployment lead, you are responsible for leading the launch, functional development and continuous improvement of the company’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) used in ESS operations. You must ensure that the pilot projects implemented in the CMMS are successful and define the common standard for further deployment. You will make sure that the system evolves in alignment with operational needs, asset management strategy and digitalization objectives. The position works closely with the external CMMS provider and internal stakeholders (Services, Field Services, Asset Performance Management Product Owner and IT).

Job Responsibility:

  • Define the business requirements and IT requirements for the CMMS successful deployment on pilot projects
  • Meet with Service Managers in EMEA, AMER, and APAC to understand current processes used to track site intervention
  • Map existing workflows and identify gaps between regions
  • Collect functional requirements related to interventions and work orders, spare parts, resource planning, SLAs
  • Translate operational needs into detailed functional requirements
  • Test and approve system configuration before deployment
  • Define the standard CMMS datamodel definition
  • Define a robust and standardized CMMS datamodel covering assets, sites, work orders, contracts, and maintenance tasks
  • Ensure full alignment between the CMMS datamodel and the existing I‑Sight datamodel (SAFT inhouse Asset Performance Management platform)
  • Gather relevant documentation for work orders templates creation and preventive maintenance planification
  • Deployment of installed base
  • Support the creation of contract through the CMMS API
  • Support the completion of needed data
  • Support Service Manager in Creating and filling service contracts in the CMMS
  • Building preventive maintenance plans
  • Defining and uploading lists of spare parts
  • Provide training and day-to-day support to the teams
  • Act as the operational point of contact with the CMMS supplier during the implementation
  • Support on other missions related to the digitalization of Maintenance activities can be asked

Requirements:

  • Bac + 5, engineering degree
  • Ability to work with complex B2B software tools (SaaS) and to ensure data governance
  • Ability to manage many topics in parallel, to be rigorous and to pay attention to detail
  • Fluency in English (read, written and spoken)
  • Strong ability to communicate with internal stakeholders worldwide and SaaS platform provider
  • High level of autonomy
