3+ years’ experience performing inspection within an FDA or other regulated environment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Operate and program CMM
Operate Optical Comparator
20/20 Vision required with or without corrective lenses
Manual dexterity to handle tools and equipment of different sizes
Proficient in the use of hand measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.
Willingness and ability to embrace new inspection tools and methodology

Utilize measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and gauging fixtures, to conduct accurate and precise measurements
Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Inspection Arm/Scanner to inspect complex parts and assemblies
Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects, abnormalities, or non-conformities in products or materials
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of inspections, including detailed reports and data analysis
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to address non-conformities
Participate in root cause analysis investigations to determine the cause of quality issues and assist in implementing effective preventive measures
Ensure compliance with ISO9001/2015 and AS9100D standards and actively contribute to maintaining and improving the quality management system
Communicate effectively with production personnel, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality concerns and provide guidance on quality requirements
