Job Responsibility:
Programme, operate and run CMM inspection equipment to verify dimensional accuracy of manufactured components
Carry out first-article, in-process, and final inspections of precision sheet metal and machined components
Interpret engineering drawings, CAD data, and GD&T requirements to ensure dimensional compliance
Use precision metrology equipment including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, thread gauges and optical equipment
Generate and maintain inspection reports, dimensional records, and quality documentation
Identify non-conforming components and support root cause investigation and corrective actions
Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure parts meet engineering specifications and quality standards
Support the introduction of new components and inspection methods during product development
Maintain calibration and proper use of inspection equipment and measurement systems
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality and manufacturing teams
