Job Description

CLUSTER TEAM MANAGER - ESSEX. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Cluster Team Manager to lead and support care teams delivering high-quality, person-centred support to adults with complex needs. This is a rewarding leadership role for someone passionate about making a meaningful difference in people's lives. Our services support individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and behaviours that may challenge, promoting independence, dignity, and positive outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting and developing care teams
  • Ensuring care plans and risk assessments are implemented effectively
  • Promoting positive outcomes for the people supported
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams and external professionals

  • Overseeing multiple services or teams, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and staff support

Requirements

  • Kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about supporting others
  • Experienced in managing or supporting teams within care settings
  • Skilled in supporting individuals with complex needs
  • Confident in dealing with EDUP and behaviours that challenge
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to lead by example
  • Strong communicators who value teamwork and collaboration
  • Committed to delivering person-centred care and promoting independence
  • Previous experience in a care or management role is essential
