CLUSTER TEAM MANAGER - ESSEX. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Cluster Team Manager to lead and support care teams delivering high-quality, person-centred support to adults with complex needs. This is a rewarding leadership role for someone passionate about making a meaningful difference in people's lives. Our services support individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and behaviours that may challenge, promoting independence, dignity, and positive outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting and developing care teams
Ensuring care plans and risk assessments are implemented effectively
Promoting positive outcomes for the people supported
Working collaboratively with internal teams and external professionals
Leading with empathy, professionalism, and purpose
Overseeing multiple services or teams, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and staff support
Building strong relationships, supporting staff wellbeing, and ensuring the people supported receive the best possible care
Requirements:
Kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about supporting others
Experienced in managing or supporting teams within care settings
Skilled in supporting individuals with complex needs
Confident in dealing with EDUP and behaviours that challenge
Reliable, proactive, and able to lead by example
Strong communicators who value teamwork and collaboration
Committed to delivering person-centred care and promoting independence
Previous experience in a care or management role is essential
