Responsible for Talent Acquisition Success across Four Seasons Hotel Osaka and Kyoto, building and managing Talent Acquisition strategy, delivering Talent Acquisition Learning and Development; coaching Hiring Managers; partners with Area Talent Acquisition Manager on best practice and strategies to attract diverse talent and leverages internal/external systems and tools to drive hiring results. Responsible for full cycle Talent Acquisition, from defining job descriptions to managing the offer process, up to and including Planning Committee. You will contribute to our mission by delivering High Performing Team Members to drive business results.
Job Responsibility:
Building & Planning Recruiting Strategies
Develop creative approaches to support the Talent Acquisition Roadmap
Identify and leverage the right internal/external systems and tools
Oversee full lifecycle recruiting of top tier candidates
Lead Recruiter for Critical & Confidential leadership positions
Leverage Workday to maintain accurate documentation
Partner and build strong relationships with business and HR leadership
Review team performance and coaches weekly
Provide counsel to hiring managers
Ensures the manning guide is accurate
Measure and report on talent pool KPIs
Reporting and Talent Planning
Assess future hiring needs
Manage TA Reporting activities

Leverage Employer Branding
Use internal communication streams to promote Careers
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese and English (business level)
Experience in hospitality industry is mandatory
Valid Japanese work authorization
