Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Cluster Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue across The Otis Hotel, AC Hotel Austin, and Moxy Hotel Austin. In this strategic, multi-property sales role, you will lead proactive and reactive sales efforts, manage contracts, and deliver results across a dynamic multi-brand portfolio in the Austin market. The ideal candidate is a results-driven hospitality sales professional with 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in group sales, revenue generation, and client relationship management. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced hotel sales manager or group sales executive ready to take the next step in their career.

Job Responsibility

  • Understand the market, including competitor strengths, economic trends, and supply/demand to inform sales strategies
  • Ensure booked business aligns with hotel parameters and close the best opportunities based on market conditions
  • Utilize White Lodging marketing initiatives to secure business and meet sales targets
  • Develop forecasts to support efficient planning and inform pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with management and the sales team to identify and address revenue generation issues through strategic action plans
  • Provide sales leadership by inspiring and holding team members accountable to goals and strategies
  • Build relationships with clients, sell hotel services, and manage the booking process through the Delphi or CI system

Requirements

  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
  • Mastery of both reactive and proactive sales processes, and familiarity with complex business decisions and contract management
  • A 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hotel and Restaurant Management, or equivalent hotel experience
  • 3–5 years of hotel sales experience
