Job Description:

Cluster Revenue Manager position for hotel portfolio in Germany, responsible for maximizing revenue through strategic pricing, market analysis, and team training at Moxy Berlin Airport

Job Responsibility:

Daily maximization of revenue through targeted yielding of hotel portfolio in Germany
Analyze future and historical business data to ensure optimal price positioning across all segments and distribution channels
Develop and implement effective pricing and sales strategies while adhering to brand standards
Use relevant tools to evaluate competitor performance, market trends, and demand forecasts
Train and raise awareness among hotel teams regarding revenue-optimizing measures

Requirements:

Completed studies in hospitality, business, or a commercial field
At least one year of professional experience in revenue management, ideally in the hotel or airline industry
Strong affinity for numbers and strategic mindset
Experience with hotel and revenue management systems (e.g., Channel Manager, RMS, PMS, GDS) and business/market intelligence tools
Fluent in spoken and written English

Nice to have:

German language skills
