The Cluster Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximising total revenue and profitability across Monogram Collective hotels by implementing effective revenue management strategies. The role will optimise pricing, distribution, and inventory across accommodation and ancillary revenue streams while supporting commercial decision-making through data-driven insights.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute revenue management strategies for each property, reflecting their individual markets, positioning, and seasonality
Maximise RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and total revenue performance across Monogram Collective
Produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts for rooms and total revenue
Analyse pickup, pace, demand patterns, and market trends
Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for senior leadership
Monitor KPIs including RevPAR, TRevPAR, GOP, and channel mix
Manage all online and offline distribution channels including OTAs, GDS, brand website, and direct booking platforms
Ensure rate parity and content accuracy across all channels
Evaluate channel performance and commission costs to drive profitable mix
Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and market analysis for each hotel
Track local events, demand drivers, and regional market trends
Adjust strategies based on competitive set performance and market conditions
Oversee the Monogram Collection Scotland Reservations team
Work closely with General Managers, Revenue, Reservations and Marketing teams
Support pricing and strategy for groups, events, weddings and corporate contacts
Manage and optimise revenue systems including PMS, RMS, and channel managers
Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and reporting
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Revenue Manager within a multi-property or luxury hospitality environment
Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
In-depth knowledge of revenue management principles, pricing strategies, and distribution channels
Experience with PMS, RMS and channel management systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Commercially astute with a strategic mindset
Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities across properties
Confident decision-maker with strong influencing skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
