Pebbles Care has an exciting opportunity for you to collaborate with our established team and become an integral part of our children's lives. Your role may vary each working day across a small cluster of homes, with various shift patterns to support holiday or training cover. Our unique cluster roles allow you to enhance your development and enrich your experience by offering varied work and the opportunity to work across diverse teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Daily home life including driving children to school, appointments, visits
  • Teach life skills including meal preparation and household chores
  • Create lasting memories through engaging activities, outings, and holidays
  • Provide support tailored to young person's needs one-to-one or two-to-one

Nice to have

  • Working towards or desire to obtain SCQF Level 7 or Level 3 Diploma relevant to Children and Young People's Residential workforce
  • Familiar with Codes of Practice set out by regulatory bodies
  • Existing PVG / DBS certificate
