Cluster Residential Child Care Worker at Pebbles Care Ltd. Collaborate with an established team and become an integral part of children's lives. Role varies each working day across a small cluster of homes, with various shift patterns to support holiday or training cover. Full-time, averaging 56.4 hours per week including sleep hours. Training begins with comprehensive induction and shadow shifts.
Job Responsibility:
Driving our children to and from school, appointments, and visits
Teaching valuable life skills, including meal preparation and household chores
Creating lasting memories through engaging activities, outings, and holidays
Providing support tailored to the young person's needs, either one-to-one or two-to-one

Familiar with the Codes of Practice set out by regulatory bodies
An existing PVG / DBS certificate
What we offer:
Starting salary of £35,468.95 to £37,043.94 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience
Rota pattern of one day on (24 hours, including sleepover) and two days off (48 hours)
5.6 weeks annual leave per annum
