Your role may vary each working day across a small cluster of homes, with various shift patterns to support holiday or training cover. Job Responsibility:

Daily home life, such as driving our children to and from school, appointments, and visits
Teach valuable life skills, including meal preparation and household chores
Create lasting memories through engaging activities, outings, and holidays
Provide support tailored to the young person's needs, either one-to-one or two-to-one
Requirements:

Confident and resilient nature
A valid, full UK driver's license is required (all homes possess a manual vehicle)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient IT skills and experience in using Microsoft packages
Nice to have:
Up to 12 months experience working with children or young adults
Working towards, or a desire to obtain, SCQF Level 7 or Level 3 Diploma relevant to Children and Young People's Residential workforce
Familiar with the Codes of Practice set out by regulatory bodies
An existing PVG / DBS certificate
