Job Responsibility
Lead the Reservations function across both properties as a quality-driven centre of excellence, ensuring all bookings meet standards of accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Own full accountability for rate integrity across all systems, ensuring zero tolerance for pricing errors, unauthorized discounts, or revenue leakage
Perform daily rate audits across PMS, CRS, and distribution channels to ensure correct loading, parity, and alignment with approved strategies
Oversee all rate uploads, updates, and configurations, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms before activation
Establish and enforce strict reservations quality control processes, ensuring all bookings are error-free and compliant with defined standards
Conduct continuous reservation audits, verifying guest details, room allocation, rate application, segmentation, and special requests accuracy
Ensure full compliance with system usage standards, maintaining consistency and accuracy in PMS and distribution platforms
Collaborate closely with Revenue, Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, F&B, and tour operator partners to ensure alignment on rates, inventory, guest expectations, and service delivery
Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall reservation experience
Manage group, tour operator, and allotment reservations, ensuring accurate contract terms, cut-off dates, and release policies are applied
Drive reservation conversion and support revenue optimisation through proactive upselling, room upgrade strategies, and ancillary revenue opportunities
Requirements
Experience in Reservations or Revenue management, preferably in a multi-property or cluster hotel environment
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to identify errors and implement corrective actions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and consistency
Proficiency in hotel PMS (Opera or equivalent), CRS, channel manager, and revenue management systems
Fluency in English is essential
