Lead and deliver marketing activity across a portfolio of 6 hotels, helping to drive commercial performance and strengthen brand presence across the region. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on delivery, working closely with hotel teams and commercial leaders to develop campaigns that drive leisure, MICE and food & beverage revenue.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the development and delivery of marketing plans for a portfolio of hotels
Create campaigns across social media, websites, email and paid media
Work closely with hotel General Managers and commercial leaders to shape campaign strategy
Present marketing plans and performance insights
Identify opportunities to strengthen brand presence and grow market share
Build strong relationships with hotel teams through regular visits
Support hotel teams with marketing guidance and coaching on social media and content creation
Identify local marketing opportunities that drive revenue and guest engagement
Oversee paid media campaigns
Support digital optimisation across websites and third-party platforms
Ensure marketing content remains aligned with brand standards
Requirements:
Experience in a marketing role within hospitality, travel or a multi-site consumer business
Strong understanding of campaign planning, social media and digital marketing
Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships and support teams
