Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as Cluster Marketing Executive to support the marketing initiatives for The Mora Zanzibar and TUI BLUE Bahari Zanzibar. Play a crucial part in implementing marketing strategies, maintaining brand consistency, and executing digital and offline marketing activities that drive brand awareness and business growth.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in the execution of marketing strategies in alignment with the overarching brand goals of The Mora Zanzibar and TUI BLUE Bahari Zanzibar
Ensure consistency in brand representation across various platforms, including websites, social media, and guest communications
Support the management of brand apps, promotional materials, and digital content
Monitor and analyze brand performance and assist in preparing reports with insights and recommendations
Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and influencer collaborations
Manage and supervise social media accounts, ensuring engaging and on-brand content
Track and report on the performance of digital campaigns, suggesting improvements where needed
Support media and influence engagement initiatives to enhance brand visibility
Monitor online review responses to guest feedback across various platforms
Assist in implementing strategies to improve online reputation and guest satisfaction
Work closely with the Cluster Marketing Manager, operational teams, and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives effectively
Support in the preparation of presentations, reports, and proposals for marketing campaigns
Assist in coordinating events, sales trips, and promotional activities as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or luxury tourism sector
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media management (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn), online advertising, and email marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Passion for hospitality and guest engagement
Knowledge of ReviewPro and online reputation management tools is a plus
Fluency in English is required
