As the Cluster Marketing Executive based in Zanzibar, you will support the marketing initiatives for our owned TUI Hotel brands ‘The Mora Zanzibar’ and ‘TUI BLUE Bahari Zanzibar’. Reporting to the Cluster Marketing Manager, this role plays a crucial part in implementing marketing strategies, maintaining brand consistency, and executing digital and offline marketing activities that drive brand awareness and business growth. Support marketing strategies, manage social media, oversee campaigns, and create content to drive brand awareness and business growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in executing marketing strategies, ensuring consistent brand representation across platforms, and supporting sales with promotional items and materials
  • Oversee brand apps, monitor performance, and provide insights and recommendations through detailed reports
  • Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, oversee campaigns, and ensure timely responses to guest inquiries and user-generated content
  • Track, report, and optimize digital campaign performance while collaborating with the digital agency
  • Assist in creating visually appealing content using image and video editing tools for social media and promotional materials
  • Support media and influencer engagement to enhance visibility and reputation and respond to online reviews and guest feedback
  • Implement strategies to improve online reputation and guest satisfaction across review platforms
  • Work with teams and agencies to execute marketing initiatives, prepare campaign materials, and coordinate on-site events and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or luxury tourism, with expertise in digital and traditional marketing
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, graphic design, video editing software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • knowledge of ReviewPro is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • A proactive, energetic, and customer-focused mindset with adaptability and a willingness to learn
  • Experience in managing online guest interactions and digital brand reputation across various platforms.
