Role Overview: Drive revenue and growth in your region by creating strategies, acquiring customers, and conducting market research. The role includes achieving sales targets through effective team management, recruiting, coaching, and monitoring performance. The Role: As a Cluster Manager, you must have complete knowledge of the local areas of the state. Manage and operate state-level revenue numbers for your assigned region Create business strategies to drive revenue numbers and onboard new customers Conduct market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning, and awareness Achieve growth and meet sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Manage recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives. What we are looking for: 7+ Years of experience managing sales across designated region.
