Job Description:

The Cluster Manager – Home Loan Sales is responsible for overseeing and driving home loan sales across multiple branches or teams within a defined geographical cluster. This role ensures that sales targets are met through effective team leadership, strategic planning, and the implementation of customer acquisition and retention strategies. The role also emphasizes strong relationships with channel partners, builders, and internal stakeholders to grow the home loan business profitably.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and drive home loan sales across multiple branches/locations in the assigned cluster
  • Achieve business targets related to disbursements, customer acquisition, and portfolio quality
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of Relationship Managers, Sales Officers, and other sales personnel
  • Develop and execute area-specific sales strategies in alignment with broader regional goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including real estate developers, builders, DSAs, and channel partners
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, credit norms, and regulatory guidelines
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement
  • Drive cross-sell opportunities like insurance or other financial products wherever applicable
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and support to underperforming teams
