Cluster Manager, Destination Sales, China Market

• Support a Destination Sales team to acquire new accounts and manage the relationship of assigned key accounts
• Drive sales proactively for the hotels participating in the Destination Sales structure
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to implement the destination strategy
• Provide guidance to team members
• Develop and execute destination selling strategy
• Understand account needs and opportunities
• Execute sales strategy to achieve goals
• Focus on generating MICE, Leisure room, and catering revenue
• Provide market intelligence to key stakeholders
• Assess customer needs and feedback to enhance customer experience
• Ensure open communication within the team
• Maintain the engagement level of the team

• Minimum 6 years’ proactive sales experience
• Experience on selling multiple hotels is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management preferred
• Excellent selling skills and understanding of sales processes
