Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Cluster Maintenance Manager to oversee the engineering and maintenance operations for vibrant hospitality properties. As the Cluster Maintenance Manager, you'll ensure the properties are safe, comfortable, and impeccably maintained for guests while managing a team and ensuring strategic planning and budget control.

Job Responsibility

  • Direct daily engineering needs, plan and assign work to ensure your team has the right resources, and promote teamwork across departments
  • Conduct inspections, respond to maintenance requests, and manage routine maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Address guest needs promptly to ensure their satisfaction and maintain a service-oriented atmosphere
  • Oversee facility spending, identify cost-saving measures, and manage external contractor relationships efficiently
  • Contribute to the long-term management of the organisation's infrastructure and resources

Requirements

  • Strong background in building maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical & mechanical
  • Proven track record in facilities management within the hospitality sector
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop your team
  • Attention to detail and a go-getter attitude toward project management and emergency response
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally between sites
