The Human Resources Manager will have a multifaceted position, responsible for all Human Resources, Employee Relations and Payroll functions. The Cluster Human Resources Manager will provide a comprehensive, confidential Human Resources service to the Cluster to support achievement of business goals and strategies whilst developing and maintaining positive internal and external customer relationships with associates and managers. The role provides consistently high standard of support, both administrative and non-administrative to the Human Resources department.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for all Human Resources, Employee Relations and Payroll functions
Provide a comprehensive, confidential Human Resources service to the Cluster to support achievement of business goals and strategies
Develop and maintain positive internal and external customer relationships with associates and managers
Provide consistently high standard of support, both administrative and non-administrative to the Human Resources department
Expertise in resolving employee relations matters
Support management in coaching, training, and development of employees
Maintain accurate employee records and files, ensuring compliance with local regulations
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives across the Cluster
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices
Effectively communicate with employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
Collaborate with Cluster HR team members to ensure cohesive HR operations
Actively participate in property and Cluster meetings, initiatives, and TakeCare/ARC activities
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
4 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major
3 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area
Good knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and payroll tax requirements
Experience in on-site employee relations matters
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong sense of ownership, integrity, and dependability
Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
