Job Responsibility:
Be the go-to connector for all things HR, supporting our talent via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and personnel e-files
Maintain training records and ensure completion of mandatory training & support the delivery of brand training initiatives
Support the recruitment journey end-to-end, from applications and interviews to first-day onboarding
Prepare employment documentation and ensure right-to-work and compliance checks are completed
Support payroll processes through audits, data verification, and coordination with Finance and Department Heads
Create polished HR correspondence, reports and admin that reflects the W standard
Bring our culture to life by updating employee boards, activations, and internal communications
Support HR projects, engagement initiatives, and the day-to-day operation of hotel world
Requirements:
A proactive and upbeat demeanor that inspires excellence
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting across all levels of the business
Highly proficient in Microsoft suite and willingness to learn other HR Information System (HRIS)
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation accurately
