The Cluster Graphic Designer supports the visual identity and brand consistency of The Ritz-Carlton, Baku and JW Marriott Absheron Baku across all marketing touchpoints. The role focuses on graphic design, visual production, website content support, and brand alignment, ensuring all materials reflect luxury brand standards. This position works closely with the Cluster PR & Marketing Manager, Social Media Content Creator, and reports within the cluster marketing structure.
Job Responsibility:
Design marketing and promotional materials for digital and print use
Create visuals for campaigns, F&B promotions, spa offers, events, and seasonal activations
Adapt and localize brand-approved materials in line with Marriott brand guidelines
Support internal departments with approved creative assets when required
Support visual and content updates on hotel websites in coordination with marketing campaigns
Prepare banners, visuals, and promotional assets for website use
Liaise with Marriott Digital / MDS teams for content uploads and updates
Ensure website visuals are aligned with brand standards and campaign messaging
Ensure consistency of visuals across social media, website, digital ads, and offline materials
Maintain an organized library of creative assets
Support brand compliance and visual quality control
Assist with basic video editing, formatting, and adaptation for digital channels
Support social media and digital teams with creative formats and templates
Contribute to campaign rollouts across both properties
Work closely with Social Media & Digital Content Executive on content needs
Support Cluster PR & Marketing Manager in campaign execution
Coordinate with internal teams to understand creative requirements
Requirements:
Experience in graphic design and content production
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent)
Basic video editing skills are an advantage
Strong visual sense and attention to detail
Understanding of brand standards and luxury aesthetics
Ability to manage multiple tasks across two properties
Interest in hospitality, lifestyle, and international brands
