Job Responsibility
Lead the overall operations of both resorts, ensuring strong financial performance, guest satisfaction, service quality and operational efficiency
Drive the rebranding program, ensuring seamless transition while maintaining business continuity and minimizing disruption to guests
Oversee implementation of brand standards, systems, policies and service culture in partnership with ownership and MGallery brand
Manage renovation and capital improvement projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and aligned with brand requirements
Lead and develop the resorts teams, driving change management, people readiness and employee engagement throughout the transition
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates on operational performance, project progress and rebranding milestones
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety and brand requirements while protecting and enhancing the value of both resort assets
Requirements
At least 5 years experience in luxury hotel/ski resorts management including pre-opening experience
Strong Educational background
Strong command of English and Japanese, both written and spoken
Good understanding of the ski resort operations
Experience in managing relationships with hotel owners
