Job Responsibility

  • Lead the overall operations of both resorts, ensuring strong financial performance, guest satisfaction, service quality and operational efficiency
  • Drive the rebranding program, ensuring seamless transition while maintaining business continuity and minimizing disruption to guests
  • Oversee implementation of brand standards, systems, policies and service culture in partnership with ownership and MGallery brand
  • Manage renovation and capital improvement projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and aligned with brand requirements
  • Lead and develop the resorts teams, driving change management, people readiness and employee engagement throughout the transition
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates on operational performance, project progress and rebranding milestones
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety and brand requirements while protecting and enhancing the value of both resort assets

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in luxury hotel/ski resorts management including pre-opening experience
  • Strong Educational background
  • Strong command of English and Japanese, both written and spoken
  • Good understanding of the ski resort operations
  • Experience in managing relationships with hotel owners
