Job Description:

Cluster Facilities Manager to oversee the engineering and maintenance operations for growing vibrant properties in the hospitality industry, ensuring sites are safe, comfortable, and impeccably maintained for guests

Job Responsibility:

Team Leadership: Direct daily engineering needs, plan and assign work to ensure your team has the right resources, and promote teamwork across departments
Maintenance Oversight: Conduct inspections, respond to maintenance requests, and manage routine maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Guest Experience: Address guest needs promptly to ensure their satisfaction and maintain a service-oriented atmosphere
Budget Management: Oversee facility spending, identify cost-saving measures, and manage external contractor relationships efficiently
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the long-term management of the organisation's infrastructure and resources

Requirements:

Strong background in building maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical & mechanical
Proven track record in facilities management within the hospitality sector
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop your team
Attention to detail and a go-getter attitude toward project management and emergency response
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally between sites
