Cluster Facilities Manager to oversee the engineering and maintenance operations for growing vibrant properties in the hospitality industry, ensuring sites are safe, comfortable, and impeccably maintained for guests

Job Responsibility:

  • Team Leadership: Direct daily engineering needs, plan and assign work to ensure your team has the right resources, and promote teamwork across departments
  • Maintenance Oversight: Conduct inspections, respond to maintenance requests, and manage routine maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Guest Experience: Address guest needs promptly to ensure their satisfaction and maintain a service-oriented atmosphere
  • Budget Management: Oversee facility spending, identify cost-saving measures, and manage external contractor relationships efficiently
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the long-term management of the organisation's infrastructure and resources
