Responsible for managing and supervising all areas of the spa, including its programs, services, hours of operation, facilities and staff. Coordinates the delivery of spa services, including salon, skin care, fitness and wellness, massage, program coordinating, reservations, reception desk and locker room areas. As a department head, directs and works with the management team and hourly employees to successfully execute all spa operations. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
Job Responsibility:

Direct and work with management team and hourly employees to execute all spa operations
Improve guest and employee satisfaction
Maximize financial performance of the department
Manage spa operations and budgets including vendor selection, retail operations, inventory management
Develop and manage spa sales and marketing strategy including promotions, group services, and marketing efforts
Manage spa revenue management strategy including payroll and expense control
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest relations
Conduct human resources activities including hiring, training, performance appraisals, and employee development
Requirements:
2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 4 years experience in spa, guest services, front desk, sales and marketing, or related professional area
OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2 years experience in spa, guest services, front desk, sales and marketing, or related professional area
Experience managing spa operations including programs, services, facilities and staff
Experience coordinating spa services including salon, skin care, fitness, wellness, massage, reservations and reception
Leadership experience in hospitality and customer service
Experience with spa revenue management and budgeting
Experience with spa sales and marketing strategy development
Experience conducting human resources activities including hiring, training and performance management
