The Cluster Director of Revenue Management – Pacific Islands is responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple hotels in the market. This role oversees pricing, inventory, forecasting, and market analysis to maximize total revenue while building strong relationships with General Managers, sales teams, owners, and regional stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines expertise in revenue management, data analysis, distribution strategy, and e-commerce with exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze reservation and market data, identify trends, and provide accurate, timely reports to support revenue decisions
  • Strategy Execution: Assist in developing and implementing revenue strategies, sales plans, and pricing initiatives across properties or clusters
  • Revenue Optimization: Manage inventory, monitor transient segments, and recommend actions to maximize room revenue and market share
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with GMs, sales teams, and market leaders to align strategies, share insights, and drive business growth
