Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields
  • APICS certifications (CPIM, CSCP) are a plus
  • 5–7 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or S&OP/IBP
  • Proficiency in forecasting and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience in demand-supply reconciliation processes
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, including work with senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of demand planning tools
  • Knowledge of AI/ML in forecasting is an asset
  • Excellent command of English

Nice to have

  • APICS certifications (CPIM, CSCP)
  • Knowledge of AI/ML in forecasting
