The Cluster Cost Controller should be detail-oriented and analytical, overseeing and managing all aspects of cost control within F&B operations. This role is critical in ensuring profitability, maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting within the hospitality industry, with a deep understanding of F&B operations and cost management.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs to ensure profitability and identify cost saving opportunities.
Manage inventory control including receiving, storing, issuing and conducting regular stock takes.
Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure cost effective procurement and supplier compliance.
Prepare and present cost reports and forecasts to support budgeting and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and standards across all F&B operations.
Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
