Job Description

The Cluster Cost Controller should be detail-oriented and analytical, overseeing and managing all aspects of cost control within F&B operations. This role is critical in ensuring profitability, maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting within the hospitality industry, with a deep understanding of F&B operations and cost management.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs to ensure profitability and identify cost saving opportunities.
  • Manage inventory control including receiving, storing, issuing and conducting regular stock takes.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure cost effective procurement and supplier compliance.
  • Prepare and present cost reports and forecasts to support budgeting and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and standards across all F&B operations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
