The Cluster Business Head is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. Leads and directs a team of professionals. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function. Accountable for delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses/geographic regions.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure optimum efficiency and service levels for Global Cluster markets
Ensure compliance to all applicable related policies, processes and procedures
Reviewing and approving Profiles designated as Sensitive
Ensuring Profiles are in compliance with global policies and procedures
Reviewing and managing rejection ratios of Profile Quality Metrics
Reviewing and enforcing completion of required trainings for regional managers
Ensuring regional managers complete Periodic Reviews on time
Reviewing and tracking all overdue cases and backlogs
Monitoring both scheduled and unscheduled reviews to completion
Monitoring resolution of findings from monthly Quality Assurance process
Identify and manage risks and opportunities associated with clients and prospects
Define sales strategy including target market, product and service offering
Manage and drive acquisition channels and deepening of existing client relationships
Achieve and monitor all sales efforts to meet projected production goals
Proactively motivate and monitor performance of Market Heads and Client Engagement Center Heads
Maintain frequent interaction with centers of influence, industry segments, and senior business contacts
Execute assigned supervisory programs and manage continued education of licensed personnel
Implement programs to ensure material risks are identified, understood, managed, and communicated
Report to management and participate in leadership team discussion forums
Assess risk when business decisions are made and drive compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Requirements:
10+ years experience with Compensation and Sales Performance Management solutions
Must have successful record in setting business strategies and implementation plans within global and local markets
Must have experience in sales, distribution and/or relationship management in Consumer Financial Services
